Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.

• Opened products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are found to be spoiled or expired upon opening.

• All return requests must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

• You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
